Copyright Policy

How to report copyright infringement on StemFM.

StemFM respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on StemFM infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Email takedowns@stemplayer.com with the following information:

  • Your name and electronic or physical signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
  • Identification of the material on StemFM that you believe infringes your work, including a link or track ID
  • Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was taken down in error, you may submit a counter-notice to takedowns@stemplayer.com including:

  • Your name and electronic or physical signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location on StemFM
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
